Qatar Airways, one of the world’s leading airlines, has officially resumed its operations in Malta with four weekly flights connecting the island to Hamad International Airport in Doha. This strategic return strengthens Malta’s international connectivity and reinforces the country’s role as a growing hub in the Mediterranean.
Aviaserve had the honour of handling the first Qatar Airways flight on 2 July 2025, delivering comprehensive ground services including passenger handling, ramp operations, and aircraft servicing. The smooth and successful turnaround of the inaugural flight sets the tone for what is expected to be a long and fruitful partnership.
This partnership signals Qatar Airways’ renewed investment in Malta and aligns with Aviaserve’s mission to support the aviation industry with best-in-class services, innovation, and reliability. The collaboration is expected to bring mutual benefits, including enhanced service offerings for passengers, new operational synergies, and increased global exposure for Malta’s aviation network.
As Malta continues to build stronger ties with international carriers, Aviaserve remains at the forefront, offering tailored, high-quality ground handling solutions that meet the evolving needs of airlines and travellers alike.
We look forward to many more safe, efficient flights together.
