KDM Group continues to strengthen its commitment to employee wellbeing by promoting a supportive working environment that prioritises mental health, encourages open communication and ensures employees have access to appropriate support when needed.
As part of this ongoing commitment, Shelly De Martino has successfully completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) course delivered by LivingWorks in the UK, qualifying as a Suicide First Aider.
The internationally recognised training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise signs of suicide risk, engage with individuals experiencing distress and help connect them with appropriate professional support.
This initiative forms part of the Group’s broader efforts to embed employee wellbeing into its organisational culture, reinforcing the importance of early intervention, awareness and access to support. By investing in relevant training and strengthening internal support mechanisms, KDM Group aims to ensure that employees have someone they can approach during challenging times.
Through initiatives such as this, the Group continues to promote a workplace culture built on care, responsibility and a shared commitment to the wellbeing of its people.
